Job Description:

AR / Front Desk Coordinator /Administrative Assistant We are seeking an enthusiastic, multi-tasker with Admin skills & computer talents to join our team! This is a front desk office role, providing the initial point of contact for clients and visitors to our Property Management Company.The ideal candidate must be friendly, dependable, have a positive attitude and enjoy the variety of responsibilities that comes with working in a small office environment. Will have prior office administrator experience, the ability to multi-task, an experience with the accounts receivable process, experience using Microsoft Office, and strong internet / computer skills. They must enjoy interacting with people in person as well as on the phone, and willing to find solutions and make confident decisions as issues arise.This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00pm with benefits.Responsibilities:Greeting clients and visitors that come into the office and assist with their needsAnswering phones, providing customer service, directing callsProcessing all incoming and outgoing mailAccounts Receivable Tasks / Bank deposits, posting payments, posting charges, processing monthly statements & assisting with client account inquiriesGeneral office tasks including writing letters, maintaining office files, data entryMaintain office machines (knowledge of phones, postage meter & copier)Maintain Office supply inventoryMaintain office list: phone directory, vendor contacts, property informationPerform other administrative duties as needed / requestedQualifications:Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and to adapt to changeProficient in Microsoft Office programs and have internet skillsMust be highly organized, and able to maintain a neat and orderly work areaA professional phone demeanor and customer service skills.A team player with a positive attitudeThe ability to take initiative & resolve issues as they ariseAttention to detailDependabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefits:401(k) with company matchMedical health insuranceCompany paid life insuranceCompany paid long term & short-term disability insurancePaid time offPaid HolidaysParental & family leaveIf you are someone with a great work ethic who knows how to work hard and laugh hard, please share your resume in confidence.
